Sunsea studios close to the beach- Mountain view studio 5

Sunsea studios is a newly built unit which comprices of 6 spacious studios, four of which offer wonderful sea views . The other two studios are more spacious and offer mountain views!
Each Studio offers a kitchenette with hot plates and mini fridge. Every kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster and everything you might need in order to prepare a meal.
Studio number 5 offers a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed as well. The studio can comfortabley accommodate up to 4 people.
The unit also offers a large terrace with outdoor furniture and wonderful mountain view
Our clients are welcome to use the pool of Blue Sky hotel which is 700 m away.
Kato Gouves is well known for its shallow sandy beaches. Guests can also find in near proximity mini markets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. The closest beach is at about 800 metres away.
The bus stop is at about 250 metres from the studios
Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.

The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves. The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset. There are also many cafes and restaurant on the road with spectacular sea view. Apart from these, on the main road of Gouves, you will find several super markets, shops, pharmacy, practice and ATMs.
