It is located on the top floor of a typical Florentine building in Via della Condotta, a few meters from the main tourist attractions. The apartment is on two levels.
On the first floor you will find: a single bedroom, a bright living area with sofa, dining table, television and well-equipped kitchenette.

On the second floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, you will find the second double bedroom a bathroom with shower.

Service limitations: The permitted temperature values ​​in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
According to Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or failure to deliver the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
