Aristotelis Residence is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management."
This Villa is a private holiday villa, located only 200 meters from Petres Beach offering beautiful sea and mountain views! The single-storey villa covers 110m2 and can accommodate 4 guests in beds and up to 5 guests if necessary. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children or a group of friends.
This spacious, one-storey villa is designed with large windows that invite natural light and frame the stunning surroundings. It accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 elegantly designed bedrooms, each with direct access to the outdoor area.
Indoor Living
- Living Area: Open-plan space with a large, comfortable sofa, 55" Smart TV, PS5, Bluetooth speaker, and a cozy atmosphere for unwinding.
- Dining Area: Seats six guests, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.
- Kitchen: High-end appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essentials for home-cooked meals.
- Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, each featuring a hydromassage shower for a spa-like experience.

- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00m), A/C, 32" Smart TV, open closet, suitcase stand, safe, and direct access to the BBQ area & pool.

- Swimming Pool: 35 sq.m. heated pool with a childrens section (0.60m depth).

- Outdoor Dining: Shaded dining area for six, featuring a gas BBQ--perfect for alfresco meals.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
