Cosy flat on "Rua do Saco nº 9" in Albufeira, situated in a quiet residential street in the historic centre. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops, and just a few minutes walk through the charming Baixa de Albufeira to Praia dos Pescadores.



This modern flat is elegantly decorated and has plenty of natural light. With capacity for 3 people, it offers two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to ensure convenience during your holiday. The living room is open-plan, containing a dining area, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with shower.

An apartment unlike many in this area. Very beautiful indeed. Well equipped. Good quality bed and bath linens. I found all the furniture to be very comfortable. It was a great stay. I would return.

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The write up did not even hint at how far we'd have to walk with our luggage to get to the apartment. We had to walk from the lowest street all the way up many sets of stairs and many steep hills - the cab driver could neither find nor access it so it was entirely inconvenient access. Once we arrived, although we were prepared for no A.C., the property manager said he'd have fans running for us - one fan was available and it was not running. We had to hike up another set of stairs to procure another fan. Also, we were told that we'd have access to a washer and dryer - only a washer was available. The apartment reeked of mildew and the couch and other items of furniture were very dirty. We discovered an ant infestation in the living room and when we called the property manager, he said he'd take care of it 'tomorrow" - we found all of this unacceptable and completely not as advertised or as depicted in the photos. We left - losing a great deal of money especially since not only did we have to eat the cost of that hovel but had to scramble to find last minute accommodations
