With a capacity for 8 people, this apartment has been selected for the great quality of its finishes, decoration and good distribution. The result is an apartment with class and very welcoming. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and two bathrooms with bathtub. All beds are of good quality for a good rest.

The apartment has a complete kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for a very comfortable and perfect stay, in addition the floor has heating, high-speed internet, dishwasher and washing machine.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

To take into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
