House in Umbertide with Pool and Historic Charm

This charming accommodation between Umbria and Tuscany has a beautiful swimming pool (open from March to October) that is shared with other guests. It is an excellent choice for holidays with family or friends.

The Santa Lucia house with an antique wood-burning stove is on 2 levels with a four-poster bedroom with bathroom, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, and a dining room with a small kitchen. It is cosy and intimate despite being part of an ancient Umbrian Borgo dating back to 1500, with a total of 6 houses.

Although it is possible to cook an excellent breakfast on your own, with a nice morning walk in the surroundings, you can choose to try small bars in nearby Umbertide, where you will find nice shops and cosy restaurant,s where in the evening you can dine on typical Umbrian cuisine, enjoying an excellent truffle

The accommodation has a washing machine and dryer in a common room and a lovely garden at your disposal, ideal for relaxing. Parking is available on site, and you can fire up the barbecue in a dedicated communal corner for a pleasant evening of grilled specialties. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal in the house.


A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
