The upper ground floor serves as the main living area, featuring a bright living room equipped with a flat-screen television, a fully appointed kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. 2 separate WCs are also located on this level, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests. The kitchenette is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. From the upper ground floor, direct access leads out to both the garden and the terrace, where terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged: 2 rooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the third room is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
