Welcome to my home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contain a double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

The apartment is on the 1st floor without an elevator and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: S. Bento (5 min).

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area.

Close to City BUT noisy

Location is very convenient. The room and kitchenette was clean and had most things we needed. There was significant road works around where we were and would start at 4:30am in the morning which was not pleasant. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay in Porto.

No wifi, and second bed too small

I tried contacting the property three times (email, whatsapp, text message) to let them know we had no wifi/tv, and never got a response. Moreover, the second bedroom is not really a bedroom, it's more the size of a walkin closet and the bed was too small! My head touched one wall and my feet the wall opposite it. I had to sleep diagonally and it was very uncomfortable. The shower was also stopped up and flooded everytime you let the water run more than one minute. Everytime someone entered the building, the front door would shake, and you could hear everything.

Zentral, aber sehr klein, sehr laut und stickig

Nicht ganz das, was versprochen wurde. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war eher ein Schrank mit einem sehr kurzen Bett und einem Fenster, das man nicht öffnen konnte. Insgesamt war Apartment bedeutend kleiner als es auf Fotos gewirkt hat. Einiges war kaputt: kein funktionierendes WiFi, keine Lüftung im Bad, ein uraltes durchgesessenes Sofa, Küchenzeile mit fehlenden Blenden und kaputten Schubladen. Insgesamt recht lieblos und etwas runter. Lage super. Nahe am Fluss, an Restaurants etc., aber dadurch auch sehr laut.
