Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, X Box 360 with games, radio, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and furniture. 1 Well behaved dog allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Parking for 1/2 cars: on drive parking for a minimum of 1 car (it may be possible to park two smaller cars on the drive which measures 8.4 meters). Note: The bed in bedroom 1 is a super king size zip/link, if you require this to be twin beds, please contact us to advise.
