In the Jardines de Palomares residential complex, in the village of Palomares, with communal swimming pool (open in summer) and landscaped areas. Several bars and restaurants and a supermarket in the village. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet/booking is allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
