Casa Llobera is a spacious property in the heart of Pollensa.
Located in a quiet residential area only a few steps from the historic centre with its shops, bars and restaurants, Casa Llobera offers the perfect base to explore the island.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with smart TV and internet connection. Spacious separate kitchen, utility room and shower room. There is also a twin bedroom with air conditioning. Doors lead out onto a shaded dining area with BBQ and here steps lead down to a small pool, ideal for cooling off after a fun day at the beach.
From the living area steps lead up to the remainder of the bedrooms, there is one double bedroom which is air conditioned and two single rooms, also with air conditioning. These rooms share a full bathroom.
Casa Llobera offers spectacular views from the third floor where you will find a spacious sunbathing area overlooking the town. A great place to soak up the sun and also appreciate this amazing location.
