we loved our stay - the views were incredible the space was amazing - we loved the gym and the pool the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and a real treat the beds were very comfortable Cris was really helpful we would really recommend this villa

A beautiful haven in Campanet

Fantastic! Absolutely incredible facilities and we loved the location overlooking the valley and mountains beyond. The villa itself was even better than expected and the photos were superb but the actual surpassed them all.

Amazing place

We stayed at this beautiful place for two weeks. It is exceptional. From the house to the view to the pool to the overall layout. Coupled with a fantastic host this place is a deserving 5 stars. We will be back :)

Beautiful Home in Capanet!

The number one highlight of this home was the pool and surrounding mountain view! We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Mallorca. The home was roomy and easily accommodated our group of 10 people. We had an issue with the electricity and Cris attended to it immediately! The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked beautifully but we were disappointed that the rest of the house was not air conditioned as the weather was very hot during our stay! We enjoyed our visit!

Wonderful villa in the hills.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday. We all loved the large pool and really enjoyed it at night too with the pool lights on. There were lots of lovely seating areas for lounging in the sun and shade, dining outside and taking in the spectacular views. Lovely places to visit nearby for our younger family. Cristofol and Antonia gave us a lovely warm welcome and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Large family holiday

Everything about our holiday stay in Campanet from property owner to location was excellent. Beautiful house set in beautiful mallorcan countryside ,yet only a short car journey away from all amenities. Our party of 9 had ample room in this property.Superb swimming pool.Would highly recommend this property for any large group,Out of 10 this place gets an 11. A big thankyou to Crisofol for a great memorable holiday

Dream Vacation

Completely satisfied! The stay at the finka was just good. We were in Mallorca at a time when it was very hot. We had two fridges in the finka, which always provided enough cool drinks. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and there were no problems if you cooked yourself. The pool was certainly the highlight, it was so big that you could swim well in it. The finca was so big that everyone also had the opportunity to retire once. In case of problems enough a call and Cris (landlord) tried to find a solution immediately. Thank you for this great finca, we can recommend you without hesitation.

Stunning villa

We had an amazing stay at Antonia and Cristofel's beautiful villa. It was very spacious but felt immediately like home. There were lots of different places to sit and relax, enjoying the spectacular views. We felt that it was perfect for our large family with our children who age between 21 and 15. The pool was perfect and had a separate kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Once you are sitting on the balcony overlooking the hills beyond you don't really want to leave but if you do, we recommend a visit to the coves which was just down the road. We also took a walk into the nearby village of Campanet and a drive into Pollenca. We had a fantastic holiday, the villa really is a perfect place!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, genau das Richtige für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Für 10 Gäste gab es ausreichend Platz, auch wenn man sich zurückziehen wollte. Der Pool war der Hit bei den Kindern aber noch beliebter war der Basketballkorb. Cristofol und Antonia sind tolle Gastgeber - herzlichen Dank für alles.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Für 10 Personen wäre es allerdings etwas eng geworden, aber für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Babys passte es wirklich gut.

Wow! Beautiful villa

We are a family of 8 who had an amazing week at Finca L’Abeurador. It exceeded all our expectations. Fantastic location with an easy 10 minute walk to Campanet, and 20 minute drive to Pollença. Stunning and tasteful interior and perfect outdoor space. Cris and Antonia were lovely hosts. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect for a small group

Spacious, comfortable, modern and well equipped house with spectacular views and lovely pool. Perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed walking, plenty of nearby sightseeing, and eating lunch on the terrace looking out over the countryside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa with beautiful mountain views. The villa has a nice layout with plenty of space for a large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely presented and there are a number of sitting areas in the sun and shade. The pool is nice and big with large sitting area. The basement has a bar with table football, darts and a nice sitting area in the shade. The upstairs sitting area has a large dining table and barbecue. Campanet is a short walk away with a nice town square and bars. There are a number of large supermarkets in Sa Pobla which is a 10 minute drive away. Pollensa and Alcudia are about 20 minutes drive away with plenty of food and drink options. Cris is a great communicator and was really helpful.

Excellent property - views to remember

Two couples and one single stayed here as part of a big birthday celebration. The house was exactly as described - clean, well decorated; everything that you need is here. In larger houses there is sometimes as issue with the unequal nature of the rooms. Here they are all of the same high standard. The various bathrooms I would describe as hotel quality.The views are simply stunning - anyone worried that the house might be a little remote should not be - it isn't but it still manages to feel private and rural. It is possible to walk into town - takes maybe 25 minutes? The owner Chris was quick to respond to any query and was very helpful; fruit and wine to welcome us - how nice! I can't say anymore other than that I would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent Holiday & Villa

I'll start by talking about the owners, Cristofol & Antonia, who were very quick at responding to our interest in staying at the villa and had us booked in no time at all. They were thoughtful on the day of our arrival by sending myself a message to make sure we had arrived and found the villa ok. We met them during our stay when they came over to make sure that everything had been going well and to give the pool a clean. They were also happy to share information about the island which led us to exploring various parts of the island. Moving on to the villa....quite simply put it's stunning. We were a family on 10 staying here but there was amble room for us all without feeling like we were on top of one another. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning in the bedrooms made for a peaceful nights sleep. The views from the kitchen, lounge and terrace across the valley at the mountain backdrop are amazing...sitting outside during breakfast, lunch and dinner was never a hardship. I would recommend a hire car when staying here due to the location of the villa. At the top of the hill a small shop can be found for the regular essentials at short notice. We drove over to find the Mercadona in Sa Pobla when doing our main shop. The village of Campanet is a short drive or 25 minute walk away where in the market square you can find a range of café/restaurants are open everyday. A drive up to Alcudia, which took about 20 minutes, would lead you to finding a busier tourist area but also the chance to go on trips of varying lengths...we went on one of the many trips offered up there. I found this villa a perfect place for rest and relaxation but also in a good location to go and see other parts of the island. My family and I would definitely return to island and without hesitation stay in this villa again.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la magnifique maison de Cristofol et Antonia. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, les moments au bord de la piscine y sont d'autant plus appréciables. La maison est grande, propre, bien équipée et la décoration est soignée. Lovely Experience

A beautiful newly renovated and stylish house, which makes you feel at home away from home. The views from the pool and terrace are stunning and you can spend endless evenings in the lounge by the pool. Cristofol and Antonia are great hosts, who make your stay in Mallorca as easy as possible. Thank you Cristofol for looking after us so well.

We are a young couple who loves travelling. Antonia works in the translation and localization industry, and Cristòfol is a biomedical scientist. We have two wonderful kids of 6 and 2 years old. We fell in love of this property last February and we bought it right away.

Finca L'Abeurador is a 5 bedroom house consisting of two master bedrooms and three double bedrooms. There are three full bathrooms, an ample dining and living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The house has a large swimming pool with a huge terrace, and two different chill-out areas to relax and enjoy food and drinks. We are currently renovating the property, it will be brand new by March 2017, with an open kitchen and fully renovated bathrooms (please check the plans of the renovation, it will look even more amazing than now!!).

The house is only 15 minutes away from the amazing beaches of Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. And its at a walk away from the amazing Campanet Caves. They are a natural beauty that go deep underground with large irregular rooms, galleries and corridors.
