Villa Azul with garden and pool, Fraginesi - Scopello

Villa Azul is a comfortable villa with swimming pool nestled in the beautiful countryside of Fraginesi, a very quiet residential area just a few minutes drive from Scopello: a little corner of paradise for nature lovers who want to combine the pleasure of a beach vacation with the relaxation of the countryside.
The strengths of Villa Azul are the large outdoor spaces and the many nooks and crannies set up to fully enjoy the relaxation areas.
Sipping a romantic aperitif by the pool, reading a book in the shade of the apricot tree, taking a nap in the hammock cuddled by the rustling of the olive tree foliage, admiring the starry sky on the comfortable deckchairs in the garden, taking a hot shower outdoors on your way back from the sea: these are just some of the pleasant sensations you can experience at Villa Azul.
The garden is also surrounded by the countryside where in summer there is a vegetable garden, the fruits of which are available to guests, a chicken coop with our beloved chickens from which you can get fresh eggs, and an area with swings for the entertainment of younger guests.
The pool is filled with salt water (no chlorine) and the surrounding area is furnished with chaise-longues for comfortable sunbathing.
The house, recently renovated, was designed to "dialogue" with the outdoor spaces, through the use of large windows that connect the main rooms: the kitchen with the living room and the living room with the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners. A small flight of stairs leads to the entrance to the bright and cozy living room; adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, whose floor of colorful antique majolica tiles gives a touch of authentic Sicilian personality to this space. Also on the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a fourth single bedroom with en suite bathroom. We can accommodate up to 7 people.
The house also has a convenient pantry/laundry room that completes the optimization of the space available to guests.
Villa Azul is the ideal home for families with children, thanks to the large outdoor spaces that give children the opportunity to play and have fun in freedom and joy. Upon request we can provide a camp bed for younger children.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Wi-Fi available to guests.
A car is necessary to get around the surroundings.
Parking included within the property.

At check in you will be required to pay in cash the tourist tax provided by the Municipality of Castellammare del Golfo: €1.50 per person per night for the first 6 nights of stay (children under 12 and people over 75 do not pay).

IMPORTANT: Please dispose of garbage regularly according to the instructions that will be explained to you at check in and that you will find written in the house. Due to bad experiences, we will ask you at check in for a deposit of €100.00 to be paid in cash as a guarantee of proper garbage disposal. If more than 4 bags of garbage are left at departure we will retain the €100 as a penalty for failure or improper disposal of waste.

PLEASE NOTE.
Villa Azul is located in the countryside, there are cats in the area that come near the house, so it is not suitable for those who are allergic to cat hair. Also, at the back of the villa we have a small chicken coop with chickens, periodically someone of us will come and feed them without disturbing our guests.
To be arranged upon request:
- early check in before 8:00 am there is an additional charge of € 50;
-for late check in after 9 pm there is an additional charge of € 50 to be given cash to the hostess;
After 00:00 no check-in is accepted;
- check out by 10 a.m. Longer check-outs are allowed by prior arrangement with the hostess.
- The cost of linen change is 10€ per person.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house, only outside.
- A valid ID card will be required upon arrival;
- a crib is available free of charge and ON REQUEST
