Thank you for taking the time to review your stay! It was lovely to meet you during your holiday, we are a small local team always happy to pop out and see our guests. We're sorry that you were disappointed with a couple of things. The owner is conscious Fairbank is a firm favourite for many and cleaning/maintenance is so important for the enjoyment of all visitors. We have discussed your feedback and the owner has confirmed that she has plans to refresh the paintwork, carry out deep cleaning jobs etc during the quieter Autumn/Winter months.
