Wellness & Pure Relaxation: After a refreshing walk by the North Sea, you can retreat to the house’s very own wellness area. Inside, a luxurious hot tub and a heated sauna await. On the large terrace, you will also find an exclusive 6-person outdoor spa (from week 26 2026). It is perfect for well-being and relaxation, whether under the stars on a cool winter’s evening or during the bright summer nights. Activities and socialising for all generations: The house is designed for quality time together. The large, open-plan kitchen serves as the heart of the home. It features state-of-the-art fittings, setting the scene for making cooking a pleasant shared experience over a glass of wine. In the spacious living room, you’ll find high-quality Danish-designed furniture, a cosy wood-burning stove and direct access to the large, partially covered terrace area. Out here, the Weber barbecue and comfortable garden furniture invite you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings under the open sky. If the mood is for fun and competition, the large games room offers billiards, table tennis and table football, which are guaranteed to bring the family together across generations. Sleeping arrangements and facilities: 5 stylish bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 2 with two single beds and 1 with a cosy bunk bed. Two cosy lofts connected to the living room. One loft is furnished with two beds. The other loft serves as the perfect den or cosy nook for the children. 2 bathrooms: with showers, underfloor heating, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Child-friendly surroundings: The house is fully equipped for little ones with a cot, high chair, pushchair, baby bath, toys and games. Green credentials & modern comfort: The house is future-proofed and energy-optimised with two modern air-to-air heat pumps, ensuring a comfortable (and energy-efficient) indoor climate all year round. Naturally, super-fast Wi-Fi and an electric car charging station in the driveway are installed. Please note: The house is not available for hire to youth groups in order to maintain the high quality and tranquillity of the area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
