MAJESTIC GOLF VILLA with Jacuzzi and Sauna:
Majestic villa just a few metres from the golf course and close to the famous beaches of Costa Adeje.

A haven of peace in the heart of Tenerife South. The property is very bright and spacious. It offers sublime features such

as: a private heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a covered outdoor shower, next to this space for relaxation and

wellbeing.

It is distributed over 2 levels, plus a basement. It has 4 bedrooms and their corresponding en suite bathrooms.

Furthermore, there is a lift to all floors (including the basement).

It can accommodate up to 8 persons.



On the ground floor you find:

- 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom

- main living room with TV

- fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and everything you need for cooking.

- 1 toilet

- large covered terrace with glass, where there is also a 2nd complete kitchen:

- a 2nd full kitchen

- a dining area

- and a lounge



On the upper floor is located:

- the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a dressing room and access to the balcony/terrace of approximately 80

sqm.

- bedroom 2 with en suite bathroom

- bedroom 3 with bathroom en suite





Furthermore there is a basement with covered garage with space for 4 cars. And a washing machine / dryer room.





Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included.

PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN

No noise is allowed from 23:00 to 8:00.

Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.

In case of loss of keys there is a supplement of 100 euros for the change of the lock.

In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be 60,00 euros.

Once a week, one of our staff will take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool / garden.

To go to the beach it is advisable to rent a car and in 8 km you will find the Aqualand water park.

Approximately 3 km away is the Galeón Outlet shopping centre.

Tenerife South airport is 23 km away.

IMPORTANT: we work with the best laundry on the island, ALL OUR CLOTHING is treated with oxygen, DISINFECTED

and checked by laboratories!

Buche niemals mit FEWO

Die Villa (20.000 € für 4 Wochen) ist total heruntergekommen. Es gab weder Küchenutensilien wie Lappen oder Trockentücher, einfach nichts. Das Geschirr in den Schränken wurde offensichtlich aus dem Sperrmüll zusammengestellt. Der Dreck war unbeschreiblich. Hier wurde seit Monaten nicht sauber gemacht, bis auf die Schlafzimmer und Bäder, welche kurz vorher schnell notdürftig gereinigt wurden. Für das doch sehr große Haus für 8 Personen gab es 1 Sonnenschirm, welcher aber komplett zerrissen war und erst ausgetauscht werden mußte.Die 1. Woche war sunproperty mit der Herrichtung von Haus und Garten (teilweise 7 Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig) beschäftigt. Eine Vielzahl von Geräten und Einrichtungen war defekt und konnten auch nur teilweise repariert oder ersetzt werden. FEWO hat sich trotz 4 dringlicher Mails nicht gerührt. Es gibt FEWO bei Problemen einfach nicht mehr. Jeder Urlauber sollte sich darüber im klaren sein, dass er hier alleine dasteht und sich selbst helfen muß. Der vor Ort über den Vermieter eingesetzte Firma sunproperty hat sich hier zumindest vorbildlich verhalten und bemüht, den Aufenthalt in der 20.000 Euro-Villa (für 4 Wochen) erträglich zu machen.Der Pool war immer sauber und wurde offensichtlich regelmäßig gewartet. Buchungen über FEWO: niemals wieder. Wenn das Geld kassiert ist, gibt es diese Firma nicht mehr, allen Werbeversprechen zum Trotz. Es bleibt im Ernstfall dem Urlauber überlassen, sich bei Bedarf eine Ersatzunterkunft zu suchen. FEWO nein danke
