The apartment is a triplex with direct access from the street and stairs with quite a steep slope for access to the upper floor and the ground floor by means of.

The apartment is equipped with a water tank for hot water and its duration will be linked to the contents of the thermos which will need refilling once it runs out.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR in cash.
