Our space is located right at the sea, 5 km from historic town Dubrovnik old city. It includes a private beach with an amazing sunset and horizon view.
I really don't want to spend words on describing this unique newly furbished penthouse suit. Let's just mentioned few things. Firstly, you have direct access to the sea and beach area. Secondly, you have a million dollar view facing horizon and Elafiti islands. Thirdly, you have peace, sound of waves, birds and if you are just a bit romantic you will enjoy laying on the deck chair and watching stars. Also, don't forget the historic Dubrovnik Old City is just 5-10 min away by car.

I'm a 28-year-old Wind Engineer from Dubrovnik. My family owns apartments just a few inches from the sea and has more than 25 years of experience hosting tourists from all over the world. I'm thalassophile, I love everything that is linked with the sea. Fortunately, I get to swim and dive 300 days a year:) Sitting next to the sea, drinking a glass of wine in the evening, and eating fish caught just moments ago. Who wouldn't want to live that way? The sound of waves is absolutely beautiful, so I recommend sleeping with the windows open.
