Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway

This house was perfect for our family of four for a long weekend. It was well-stocked with everything we needed and conveniently located to lots of outdoor activities and areas to explore. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this well-appointed home is terrific, close to cute little towns with great restaurants, beautiful walk and hikes, and wonderful swimming lakes. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well-equipped, and the house's location is very lush and private. There are fans in every room - sometimes, multiple fans - which is helpful in hot weather given the lack of A/C. The host is super responsive and clear in her communication.

This house was really cute, I like how they decorated the home. There was plenty of blankets and towels. The fire pit was fun.The only thing I noticed was the house wasn't aired out and had that damp smell to it. I opened the doors and windows and that helped a lot. It was perfect for our quick weekend back to CT to see family.

The commute is gorgeous to the home, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Fireflies, and no traffic or other noises - very relaxing. Close to restaurants and cafes in town, all of which were enjoyable. The home is cozy, adorable and functional. There is no AC, but with window fans the evenings are comfortable. Extra large French press in the kitchen was a delight for us. Have recommended already, and would stay again!
