Chalet El Parral is a rustic-style house located on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande. It stands out for its robust style of construction, with elaborate pine wood ceilings.

It is configured as a plot completely enclosed by large walls that, together with its pool and exteriors, make it the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends.

It has a maximum capacity of 12 people. It has a private pool, barbecue, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

The chalet is distributed on two floors. In the main one it has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second floor provides 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a cinema room, not forgetting the terrace, which offers incredible views of the rural environment that surrounds the house.

Continuing with the ground floor, the plot is completely tiled. Along its corridors and walls there are various planters that complement its style. To complete the exterior, the house offers a small toilet with a shower. At the back we find the barbecue area and its beautiful pool. In addition, the house has outdoor furniture such as hammocks, tables, chairs and a refrigerator for the barbecue.

Despite being on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande, the house is close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
