Vacanza nel complesso buona. La casa potrebbe avere dei punti in più, se fosse dotata di più stoviglie da cucina, se la tv del soggiorno fosse davvero smart e se la vista dal patio di casa fosse veramente sul mare e non occlusa da un recinto di separazione dalla casa vicina. Lovely property

We had a great stay in this lovely house. The communication from the property manager and the owner was excellent throughout. The house was in nice quiet location, but also a ten minute walk from local bars and restaurants. There was a sandy beach fifteen minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erholung pur. Menorca ist eine sehr schöne Insel. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Seaside Peace

We did love our stay of 5 nts/6 days. We had trouble finding it but Miquel was wonderful sending us photos and maps and texts until we were safely there! (We are 70ish). The apt. Is a little smaller than I thought from the pictures and the furniture looks brand new on line but shows some wear. However it is comfortable and serviceable. We used the bunk bedroom for our luggage so we had plenty of room. If you were a group of 6 you would be crowded here. The king bed is very nice and mattress is good. It was a little harder than we like as we have a foam topper at home but we slept well. 2 things not mentioned on line are: In the main bedroom there is a slope to the roof line and a support beam at about 5’ high on one side of the bed. When on that side of the room you must remember to duck so not to hit your head. We got use to it and really didn’t use the dressers on that side so we weren’t affected by it too much. #2. I interpreted the wording on line to mean you could step right out and walk 50 meters and step into the Mediterranean but it’s not quite that way. There are apartments between this one and the sea. You do have a small sea view when standing on the patio. On our last day we did find a narrow path to walk down on the rocks and very carefully slip into the sea. Younger people probably do it faster. We wish we had known about the path early on. Miquel is wonderful & helpful if you have any problems! Very important!! We would come back here.

Appartement tres bien situé dans un lotissement très mignon calme et bien entretenu. La déco est très jolie. Terrasse agréable bien équipée. Petit bémol pas de wifi sur place même qu'elle est affichée sur les équipements. De plus la personne de référence sur place a tendance à répondre aux demandes assez tardivement.

Mainly good but no wifi

The property is in a pleasant quiet area just a few minutes’ walk from supermarkets, restaurants and the local marina . Faced with the possibility of the French Air controllers strike causing the loss of our holiday, we managed to sort out an arrangement whereby we would only pay the full amount 24 hours before arrival. Richard was free to accept a booking from someone else instead of us. He would have preferred us to pay 48 hours in advance, and our not doing so in some way delayed the repair of the sitting room sun blind apparently. Miguel who arranges cleaning and repairs is a good communicator and gets things done quickly. The property web page clearly showed and still shows that there is internet wifi . We could find no password and so emailed both Richard and Miguel. Richard wrote back: 18/04, 22:28: “Dear Anthony there is no wifi in the complex and property as there is a failure not sorted in that area of the complex, sorry for this, you can use your mobile G data, this will not be fixed until end of may been told.” I wrote back: 19/04, 09:47: “Hmmmm there appear to be two properties with their own WiFi : Tenda... EE1260, and Direct - Kol adw 2247.” No reply from Richard. Miguel wrote: “Good morning, Anthony. I'm glad you arrived safely. The owner doesn't have Wi-Fi in that apartment.” The mobile data usage for mornings and evenings at the property cost us £14.50. Richard has not responded to the suggestion that he owes us this amount.

La terraza estaba muy cuca, pero la Mesa era inservible ya que al apoyar los Brazos Manchaba. El tenderete igual inservible todo oxidado. El sofa minimo necesita una Funda. Por lo demas estaba bien.

Ha sido bastante cómodo, llevamos 7 años seguidos yendo a esta zona y es bastante cómoda, lástima que se estropeó el aire acondicionado el día de entrada y no pudimos disfrutar del apartamento tanto como hubiésemos querido.

Location bien placé mais petite

La location n'a pas de wifi. Il fait très chaud dans l'appartement car il y a très peu de fenêtre et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, pas de fenêtre dans la petite chambre qui possède 2 lits superposés et qui est très petite, une toute petite fenêtre dans la deuxième chambre qui est en sous de toiture, attention à la tête car le plafond est bas. Malgré tout ça la location est bien situé entre le phare et le port de plaisance.

Soweit OK.

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung. Die Küchengeräte sollten allerdings mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Der Toaster funktioniert nicht, die Pfannen sind krum und die Beschichtung kaputt. Das Sofa sollte dringend erneuert werden da überall das Kunstleder abgeht! Im "Kinderzimmer" funktioniert die Fernbedienung vom TV nicht da die Federn für die Batterien fehlen. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubes war es sehr kalt. Leider ist die Klimaanlage im Heizbetrieb auf 21 Grad abgeregelt und geht auch nach 2,5h aus. Da das Haus mit Heizung vermietet wurde finde ich das nicht OK! Die Heizung im Bad funktioniert genau so wenig wie die Lampe über dem Badspiegel! Wenn man von diesen Problemen absieht war der Aufenthalt im Haus ok.

Espectacular ubicación, moderno y limpio

El apartamento esta reformado, es moderno y esta limpio. Puedes salir y en 10m por las rocas llegas al mar. Sitio tranquilo y con encanto. Por sacarle algun pero…estaria bien que tuviera un minimo de productos de limpieza (fregasuelos o lejia) y un “apaño” basico de aceite/sal/etc… En cualquier caso, no es un problema grave, pero hay que llevarlo o comprarlo todo.

El apartamento está situado en un lugar bonito y el tamaño es adecuado para cuatro personas. El punto más negativo sería en cuanto a la limpieza ya que no se habían esmerado demasiado.

Apartamento mejorable y propietarios desentendidos

El apartamento es mucho mas pequeño de lo que verdaderamente parece. No estaba especialmente limpio. El mayor inconveniente que nos encontramos fue que al llegar el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, intentamos contactar con los propietarios pero nos dejaron en visto. Sin embargo estos si que llamaron para decir que el dia de la salida teniamos que dejar el apartamento a las 10, pero en la web ponia a las 14. La zona y el viaje estubo muy bien pero el apartamento MUY mejorable.

One day there is like 10 days any other place...you charge your batteries there and that's an incredible feeling...and you always want more, that's why many of our guests keep coming year after year, and friends...hope you share this with me and it will be a pleasure to look after you, your family or friends at our property, hoping you will find the same as I do when I have the time to be there. Enjoy life!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This property is perfect for holidays, because even in peak seasons, you do not realize at all as the complex is so quite that you do not get disturbed at all for car noises, etc, etc.
Also, you have Marina Cala N Bosch just 5 minutes walk from there and you have all the things you do need during the day (bar, restaurants, water sports, water park for children, hire boats for a great day out going from Cala to Cala on your own...I do recommend this at least once in a lifetime, etc.) and during the night (pubs, restaurants for real romantic dinners...etc, etc).
The complex also is allocated in one of the best areas from the Island and you have right in front the Cap D´Artrutx lighthouse which is a nice place to be at the Sunset with Mallorca at the background...very romantic..
