The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa and a TV, which makes this apartment perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob, allowing visitors to prepare meals and enjoy them in the comfort of the apartment. The apartment also has an iron, a hair dryer, a TV, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a dryer. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

The Sant Gervasi neighborhood is mainly residential and is very well connected to the rest of the city. The apartment is close to both bus and metro stops and allows visitors to easily explore Barcelona. It is also very close to the traditional neighborhood of Gracia, as well as the Eixample. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
