Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Can Pep. Pablo hat uns sehr geholfen bei der Anreise und der Check in war einfach und professionell. Die Lage ist einfach toll, in einer Sackgasse gelegen und nur ein paar Minuten vom Café und Supermärkten entfernt . Der Park Guell ist 10 Minuten entfernt und zur Bahn und Bus ist auch nur ein paar Minuten- also perfekt. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Bett ist super bequem, Sofa ebenfalls. Das Stockbett für Kinder okay im Garten steht ein Tisch und vier Stühle, perfekt. Als Liegenersatz haben wir die beiden Strandstühle genommen. Wir haben viele tolle Tips von Pablo bekommen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

4daags verblijf

Pablo is een zeer aangename, hulpvaardige en toegankelijke gastheer. Vlotte, snelle en correcte communicatie.Wij vonden de ligging van de woning zeer aangenaam, na een dag vertoeven in de drukte van de stad, heb je daar de stilte. Leuk dat er groen aanwezig is in de buitenruimte. De tafel zou daar wel groter mogen zijn om aangenaam te kunnen tafelen.De keuken is met voldoende materiaal uitgerust. Wij hebben wel een vaatwasser gemist (voor ons liever een vaatwasser ipv een wasmachine ).De rest van het huis voldeed ook aan de verwachtingen. Aan de ramen zou muggengaas fijn zijn.Bij een volgend bezoek aan Barcelona, zouden we zeker opnieuw voor deze woning kiezen.

Beautiful house near park Guell

Quiet 2 bedroom apartment in a central location, close to Park Guell, metro station and so much more. The terrace (pictured) was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. The host Pablo greeted us at check in and was very responsive and helpful including recommending a great restaurant and arranging an airport taxi for us. Highly recommend.

A Quiet Place

The apartment is in a pleasant neighborhood that has the rhythms of local life while being close to Park Gruel. It was completely quiet at night. Pablo is a nice and accommodating host who we enjoyed talking to. We were there in cooler weather so did not make use of the patio, but in warm weather it could be a nice place to relax. The bed was very comfortable. The couch is not. The apartment has a "lived in" feel and vintage decor. Some basic amenities that one might expect at the price of the listing, such as soap for the shower, are not provided (and indeed, not listed). So if you're looking forward to a shower after a long day of travel, make sure you bring your own. Some others, such as the towels, are not great.

Great house - short walk to Park, Food and Subway

Great house. We enjoyed the local groceries and Park Guell. The house is on a quiet closed off street - nice plus. There is a hill from the main roads you walk up but it’s not bad. If you enjoy walking perfect. Short walk to subway that brings you straight downtown. Super easy.

Ruhiges gemütliches Reihenhaus am Park Guell

Perfektes Feriendomizil für uns 2 Erwachsene: Abgeschlossenes Reihenhaus (3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad/WC, Flur, Terrasse im Innenhof auf einer Ebene, zusätzlich ein über eine steile Treppe begehbares Dach mit Wäscheleinen) mit kostenlosem PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Geniale Lage am Park Guell (ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt), aber kaum Umgebungsgeräusche, da das Haus an einer Anwohner-Seitenstraße liegt und sich die Terrasse im Innenhof befindet. Steile(r) Zugang/Zufahrt zum Haus, da Hanglage - für den sportlichen Endspurt jeden Abend ist gesorgt! Haus und Küche gut ausgestattet, WLAN einwandfrei. Zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso mehrere Metro- und Bushaltestellen. Pablo ist ein wunderbarer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung vorbehaltlos.

Les +: Appartement à 10 minutes d’une station de métro. Nous avons bien apprécié le patio extérieur. Assez tranquille malgré les allées et venues des voisins. Les -: l’appartement manque d’aération, notamment la salle de bain, car ni ventilateur et fenêtre. Le taux d’humidité est très élevé. Un petit nécessaire comportant papier de toilette, savon à linge, etc serait apprécié.

Séjour de 7 jours

Séjour très agréable dans une maison climatisée , certes dans un style rustique, mais fort plaisante avec le grand patio extérieur . Accès et vue sur le toit . Nos enfants ont été contents pour la wifi . Logis situé à proximité de sa station métro « Lesseps », idéal pour se déplacer dans la ville de Barcelone. Hôte sympathique .Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Ruhiges kleines Reihenhaus nähe Park Güell

Ein kleines nettes Häuschen in direkter Nähe zum Park Güell mit kleinem Innenhof - ideal, um sich dort vom Stadttrubel zu erholen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit! Voll ausgestattet, der Föhn und die Pfannen sollten zum Teil aber erneuert werden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Too bad we had to leave

Agréable séjour

L’appartement est propre et accueillant. Le gestionnaire, Pablo, est très courtois et disponible. Certaines explications pourraient être fournies dans un document explicatif notamment pour les électroménagers. La terrasse offre un bel espace pour manger à l’extérieur. Toutefois, étant donné la rue en pente pour accéder au logis rend ce dernier difficile d’accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. On peut accéder facilement à plusieurs transports en commun en moins de 10 minutes.

Casa grande e pulita con un bel terrazzo interno. Gli arredi non sono nuovissimi, ma c'è tutto ed è molto funzionale. Parc Guell raggiungibile a piedi, metropolitana a 10 minuti. La casa è in una visa chiusa ed è tranquillissimo. Consigliata per chi vuole tranquillità e comodità senza ambire al lusso. Il proprietario è gentilissimo.

Great Location for Metro

We used the Metro system daily. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Lesseps station which connects to many lines. Pablo is a wonderful host that communicates very well and gave us great information on our fist time in Spain. The home suited us well as a family of four and the location made it easy for us to explore Barcelona.

Enjoyable Stay!!

Pablo was extremely helpful with all aspects of our trip and we truly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations are very nice and it includes your own private large back porch! Walking distance to Parc Guell, many supermarkets and restaurants in addition to the subway or metro.

Lovely stay near Parc Guell

This flat is a gem- a short walk to the park, but quiet and out of the tourist bustle. Short ride on metro to the Ramblas and the Palau. Local bakeries abound for breakfast; ate a different paella each night. Pablo is a super host - available and helpful.

Heerlijk weekendje Barcelona

Bij aankomst was Pablo aanwezig om ons wegwijs te maken in en om het huis. Alles zag er goed uit en alles was aanwezig voor een fijn weekend. Barcelona is een geweldige stad met van alles te doen en dan is het heel fijn om "thuis" te komen in het huis van Pablo. Dit was voor ons de eerste keer dat we een huis hebben gehuurd maar we kunnen het iedereen aanraden.
