The “Ottaviano” metro station is just 10 minutes on foot and two stops away from Piazzale del Popolo and Rome historic center.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome.
It has two double bedroom, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms with a shared shower (one of the bathrooms has ensuite access from a double bedroom) and a laundry room.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, toaster, oven, microwave oven, laundry machine and dishwashing machine.

As requested by italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in italian.
For stays shorter than 2 weeks final cleaning fees amount is 80 euros and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
For stays equal to or longer than 2 weeks final cleaning fees amount is 130 euros and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
