Newly renovated, elegant and bright apartment located on the third floor with elevator of a stately building, in the heart of the Prati district and a few steps from Piazza San Pietro can host up to 6 people. The newly renovated apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a living corner with a fully equipped kitchen and a table.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower. Finely furnished with double exposure that creates an airy and prestigious environment. Wifi and AC in all rooms.

Tourist Tax € 6 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

This was an amazing trip. The apartment is in such a perfect location - we were able to walk to most places - Basilica Museum, St. Peters Basilica. We walked to the restaurants that we ate at and even the grocery stores where we bought our stuff.Truly enjoyed staying at this location as even with the heat wave, we could come to the Apartment midday to rest and refresh before proceeding to next attraction.The Apartment was clean and well organized.

Location was amazing. We can walk to almost anything. They were very acommidating during checkin. There was a heat wave in Rome and they made sure we had almost no wait outside. We were initially early, but then were delayed at the airport. Through it all, they accommodated everything and made sure someone was there when we needed to check in.

Excellent location for our four adult family vacation. We would stay here again. Two bedrooms, pull out couch, two full bathrooms and washing machine with drying racks. Safe area and extremely close to Vatican City, restaurants, shops andMetro. Happy to have elevator for access to third floor apartment.

When we booked the property, it was listed as a 3 bedroom, with a grill, massages available and a fitness room. None of it was true. There is one true good bedroom. Another room with a semi transparent door. The light in the room needs to be off for the people on the sofa sleeper in the living room to sleep. The hosts were not helpful, they blamed VRBO and refused to do anything. VRBO did help out. The one true thing about the location was that it was great, near lots of great things to see.

We loved our stay in Rome and this location!!! The apartment is fantastic, just as pictured, and was very clean - it was even more spacious than I expected for our family of 5 travelers. The check in process was great, having a representative meet us right at the downstairs entrance. It was nice for my elderly father to have the lift up to the apartment, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the great restaurants, shops, gelato shops, and nice walking areas just steps outside our door! The proximity to the Vatican and the metro station make this a very convenient spot.

Located close to Metro and within walking distance to Vatican and other major sites. Good communication with hosts. Check in went smoothly, even with large delay in our arrival time. Many options for food and shopping close by.

Superb Location

Great Area, close to the Vatican, and very walkable to other historic locations in Roma. Unit was very comfortable, safe and secure, and at a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The apartment was great and the hosts were very helpful. There was some initial confusion about the cancellation rules and when the cleaning fee would be paid, but that confusion was cleared up, and the hosts were quite responsive in general. A minor point--the listing did say that there was a dryer, but there was not. Everything else was as expected, and the appliances in the kitchen worked well. The apartment was not too loud, and it was pretty close to a market and not too far from the metro. Seemed to be a better value than staying right by Piazza Novona. We were lucky and were able to check in early. We would stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay. Very nice area and easy access to all things Rome. The apartment was as described with plenty o amenities. Check in through check out was very well coordinated and very easy. Communication and greeting from our host was amazing. We loved it!!
