Villa Vista Esplêndida is a stunning 4-bedroom villa with private pool, nestled at the very top of the prestigious Parque da Floresta golf course, in the Western Algarve.
Set in its own grounds and surrounded by open countryside, the villa has panoramic views of nature and the sea beyond.
The first bedroom is located on the top floor, with a Queen-sized bed, air-conditioning and private en-suite.
Further along, you come to the light & airy gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. It is extremely well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven + vent hood, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machines (filter & ground), among other appliances.
To one side you will find a peninsula with 4 breakfast stools for those quicker, informal meals.
The air-conditioned dining area comfortably sits 8 people around the lovely, square wooden table.
Leading off the dining area you will find the ample, bright and breezy living room which is very comfortably furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs and a square, leather pouffe in the centre. To the far end of the room, an immense window frames the beautiful surrounding countryside.
There is a large, wall-mounted 75” flatscreen TV with international channels (MEO PT), Netflix and Amazon Prime available. A DVD player is also provided.
There is also a cloakroom on this floor.
French windows open out from all first-floor rooms onto the spacious balcony with breathtaking views. Here you will find a large table and chairs for some al-fresco dining on those warm, summer evenings. To one side you will find a built-in, charcoal BBQ and an exterior sink right next to it.
A sweeping staircase leads down to the pool area, allowing for direct, exterior access between floors.
On the ground floor you will find 3 more bedrooms – the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and two twin bedrooms.
All ground floor bedrooms also have air-conditioning and private en-suites. Each bedroom leads out onto the spacious pool terrace.
The large, rectangular (chlorine) swimming pool can be heated by prior arrangement. Sunloungers and sunshade have been provided.
All the outside areas have good lighting, allowing for the evenings to be as enjoyable as the daytime.
The entire villa and all its facilities are completely private and for the exclusive use of its guests.
