This 105 sq mt / 1130 sq ft apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a three-story 16th-century period residence. It has two bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of which is complete with a shower.



The apartment boasts a large classical-style living room with a stone fireplace (running on gas), a 40\' TV, and two large windows overlooking Via dei Serragli. It has a small but fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is double (double mattress, not divisible, measures 160x190cm) and has a small ensuite bathroom (sink and toilet).

The second bedroom has a single bed (single mattress measures 90 x 190cm) while climbing 10 steps leads to the loft where the second single bed (single mattress measures 90 x 190cm) is located. The bathroom with shower that serves the two bedrooms is located in the hallway as are the closets for both bedrooms.

The two bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard.



High-speed fiber FTTC Internet connection.

Heating: independent with split.

Air conditioning: present in each room and common areas.

Windows: double-glazed.

For stays longer than 7 nights a cleaning and linen change every week is included.



DEPOSIT DEPOSIT: €300.00 to be guaranteed upon arrival by credit card.

STAY TAX: Resort tax of €7.00 per person per night, for the first 7 nights of stay only for those over 12 years old.

Beautiful room! Lovely apartment on the less busy side of the Arno, but still close to everything. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Adélaïde & Francesca provided recommendations and a very helpful information website for our visit. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the gas fireplace, especially after a rainy Florence day. Our only issue was the shower not maintaining hot water.

Ideal for our purposes with the right amount of room. One suggestion- the audio out put from the television is poor. Am inexpensive sound bar would be a good investment

Great apartment & lication

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The living area with spacious, relaxing and fun space to unwind at the end of a busy day. It really was a respite from the busy streets of Florence. The kitchen was well appointed, and was easy to cook in the. The guest guide had lots of great tips and suggestions.

Beautiful apartment in my favorite neighborhood!

The apartment was wonderful - super cute and well appointed. The host was very responsive and kindly allowed us to check in early since there was no guest the night before. A huge help as we had just landed after a long flight. The neighborhood is perfect - and close to everything. I left a small piece of artwork purchased during the trip and they found it and made the return easy. We will definitely recommend to friends and family who visit Florence.

This is a perfect location for a trip to Florence. It’s just across the river in the charming Oltrarno neighborhood. There is so much to explore on that side of the river with excellent shopping and restaurants around every corner. We loved dining and people watching in Piazzo Santo Spirito. The apartment is walking distance to the Duomo and the museums. We easily walked with our luggage from the train station. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. It The kitchen has everything you need. The main bedroom has a bathroom attached. The second bedroom with loft accesses the hallway bathroom (with shower). The living area is a nice place to gather. The living room can be noisy with street traffic/pedestrians below but it did not bother us. You cannot hear it from either bedroom. There is even a small fitness center on the ground level which was very nice. We would stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. It was a lovely visit.
