気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Shabby (but not chic), poorly maintained. Dirty, loose carpet on the stairs. Paper peeling from ceiling in sitting room and bedroom. Dripping basin waste in bathroom and mould in shower. No hot water one morning, cleaners sent to inspect and declared it working which it wasn’t. Plumber arrived in the evening to fix. Bed hard and uncomfortable but not as hard and lumpy as the pillows. No room in wardrobe to hang clothes as a number of duvets had been stuffed in it. Three drawers of a five drawer unit full of towels and bed linen for four other guests we didn’t have. All drinking glasses were dirty and fridge door had sticky bits stuck to the handle. Kitchen mixer tap was loose and the whole thing turned, with difficulty. Peeling paint and cracked windows. Outside area had several bins which were overflowing for the two weeks we were there (not emptied) and rubbish all around the exterior. When we booked the description of the flat did not include a hike up a steep staircase two stories high. Communication with the property managers was appalling and almost impossible. Star rating = 0 not recommended to anyone at all. Expensive and grotty, do not book.
