Great stay! Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located next to a market, bar and coffee shop. House was perfect for a family of 4. Updated and clean house with cute beach decor. Thoughtful host sent us a message during our stay to check on us. Would definitely come back.

Our Family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with absolutely everything possibly needed. Situated within steps of the beach, restaurants, and entertainment we would definitely recommend staying here. We would be happy to come back again.

Too short of stay

Wonderful few days by the beach. Close to store, restaurants, coffee, Belmont park. The house was clean and modern and furnished with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

Mission Beach

Great place to stay. It is super close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Belmont Park. The condo had lots of beach towels and toys handy. It was a home away from home, great for a stay with kids.

Great location & fun beach stay!

We really enjoyed staying in Mission Beach and being steps away from the ocean was wonderful. It is really a cozy beach getaway spot and the unit itself made us truly feel like we were on vacation.

Great stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! It was clean, homey atmosphere, and so conveniently located! The kitchen is supplied with anything you could possibly want…we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home. Stayed with my 2 20 year old daughters. The twin beds were small of them but they managed. King bedroom was very nice. We used beach chairs and cooler which was really nice. The location is great - walked on the boardwalk every day. Lots of food options close by, Market was handy but overpriced, but that's expected for beach town. There are bars very close by that paly live music on the weekends. Very loud if trying to sleep but I am sure we would have been there if the kids were 21. Took an Uber to the market in Little on Saturday - loved it! Easy drive to Sea World. Easy walk to Belmont and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Ice machine would be nice, but we bought ice from accross the street.

Location, Location, Location

Location was close to airport and all the attractions we wanted to see and do. One block to beach and ocean/sunset views. One block to bay/sunrise views.

Excellent host - easy to reach and very helpful local suggestions.Super clean place with beachy vibes throughout. Kitchen has everything needed.Beach chairs and coolers were a huge plus.Super short and beautiful walk to the beach and boardwalk. Coffee, breakfast lunch and dinner all within 50 feet.Belmont park is also a short walk away for family entertainment.You should note that there is no air conditioning (I missed this detail), although fans are provided in every room.There is also some street noise in the later evening (10p-12a) from the main bedroom due to the nearby restaurants. This required closing the slider and losing cool air supply.These minor details did not overshadow all the perks of this place. We will be back!

Great location steps from Mission Beach

My family and I spent a fun five days at this beach location. This townhome is located only a minute walk from the beach. We really enjoyed relaxing in the updated downstairs and front patio.

We enjoyed our South Mission Beach stay. Fran and Bill are thoughtful and responsive hosts, consistently responding to our messages within a 2hr window. The condominium has lovely decor, is comfortably furnished, and is extremely clean (high value metric). The kitchen is well appointed, including both basic and gourmet kitchenware. Outside seating areas are a plus for quiet time and privacy. The beach is easily accessible by foot, as are boutique restaurants and shops. We traveled throughout the San Diego area during our stay and found South Mission Beach to be close enough for convenience and far enough away to be restful. We would return to South Mission Beach, as well as highly recommend to others. Robin Liles

We have always enjoyed being at the ocean and fell in love with Mission Beach. After many years of owning here we still love our vacation home and are always excited for time here at the beach! We couldn't have picked a better home and location! It is a wonderful beach community, so charming and lively. The weather is amazing, and we love the beautiful sandy beach and miles of boardwalk where we have enjoyed walking, and riding bikes. The sunsets are stunning! We love that we are so close to so many great San Diego attractions and always seem to find new places to explore. We never run out of things to do there. When our 3 boys were younger, they always enjoyed our Beach Home and coming here for our family trips. They still enjoy it as much now that they are grown. We have many great memories, and still looking forward to many more. Nothing makes us happier than being able to share our home with so many great guests throughout the years, hearing their great stories of their time here and building memories with their family and friends, enjoying our home as much as we do.
