Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the terrace and garden, which feature outdoor furniture and a barbecue for those summer dinners. The house has air conditioning and heat pump heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature in any season. Located in a quiet and family-friendly area, its central position allows easy travel to any point on the island, from beaches to the picturesque villages of the Tramuntana Mountains.
