On the ground floor there is a stylish sitting room with a lovely Cotswold stone fireplace with a cosy wooden burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen and a large dining area with seating for six, which leads out into the wonderful garden, home to plenty of comfortable seating and a charcoal BBQ, a great outdoor space to enjoy all year round. The garden has a mixture of lawn, gravel and two patio areas home to an outdoor table with seating for seating for six, plus a parasol and a small bistro table with two chairs, plus a charcoal barbecue.
