OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are provided.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.

ATTENTION
- A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay). You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.
- No pets allowed. Please do not feed wild or domestic animals.
- No parties allowed.
