Mijas home from home
We loved our time in this great apartment and the extra thought put in by the owners with the welcome guide, set of binoculars, candles and lots of other little details. The views are amazing of course, admired every evening from the large balcony as we gazed at the stars or Atlas mountains from afar. Biggest surprise was how warm the apartment was without heating compared to others were have hired in Mijas before. My only complaint were the beds, as mentioned in a few other reviews... they are just too hard. During the 4 weeks we had there, I slept on the sofa for half that time. All it would take is some mattress toppers. My bed at home is firm, but these were almost floorboard hard. My brother who stayed a week felt the same. It's a shame because we would love to return again next year but I'm not sure.
I didn't notice in the details on the website, but there are a lot of steps. This was not a problem for us but those who are less mobile might want to look into it a bit more, especially when first arriving with luggage or when shopping.
