In La Cala de Mijas, the apartment "Penthouse studio with sea views" is conveniently located close to the beach. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (heating and cooling), a DVD player, a TV, and a washing machine.

The vacation apartment has a private wintergarden with big windows that can be opened to enjoy the direct sea view. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open year-round), a garden, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Two sunbeds free of charge are stored in the garden.

The apartment is just a 1 minute (20 to 100 m) walk from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Playa de la Butibamba beach is just a 1 minute (120 m) walk from the apartment. Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 30 minute (36.2 km) drive from the apartment.

Free parking is available on the street. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. An elevator is available in the building. Pool is open all year.

Towels and bedlinen are included in the price.

Immaculate apartment with amazing views and in prime location for ease of access to beach, supermarket across the street and numerous restaurants to choose from. Lovely garden area and easy entrance into the large pool. Ideal for people with limited mobility. Loved it all.

The owners met us at the airport and explained everything to us which was very helpful. We have often stayed in La Cala and there are lots of restaurants and cafe"s. There are lots of nearby places to visit and the bus service is very good and very cheap. The owner's friend Elena took us to the airport at the end of the holiday which was really convenient. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it so much we are returning in September.

The owners were there and waiting for us on the scheduled day of our arrival. This made everything very easy and smooth for us. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return again. It was very airy and light and we couldn't have asked for more. It was decorated and furnished to high expectations and very central with a back gate directly on to the beach. The swimming pool area was amazing with lots of room to move about. We would highly recommend this apartment.

It is situated in a lovely area of La Cala right by the beach and a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. The pool area is wonderful and has direct access to the beach. We especially enjoyed the location to the beach, shops and incredible restaurant selection. The weather was terrific and the garden pool and beach convenient. The day trips we booked at Gran Hotel for Morocco, Gibraltar and Sevilla. All the trips were new experiences and worthwhile. The perfect location and the most enjoyable holiday. Thank you!!! Pros: Just returned from this beautiful apartment in a fantastic location and this has to be the most relaxing holiday we have spent in a long time. The booking was effortless and the owners, who were lovely people, were there to meet us on arrival to fully explain the amenities. This apartment is on the 10th floor and the views were spectacular, there are 3 lifts so no problem with stairs. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated, there is a lovely pool and nice lounging area to relax in. There is an adjoining gate to the beach and you virtually step straight on to the beach where there is a nice pool bar to your left. Cala de Mijas is also lovely with really nice restaurants and everyone was really friendly. We will certainly book again, faultless ! very happy :-)
