In La Cala de Mijas, the apartment "Penthouse studio with sea views" is conveniently located close to the beach. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (heating and cooling), a DVD player, a TV, and a washing machine.

The vacation apartment has a private wintergarden with big windows that can be opened to enjoy the direct sea view. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open year-round), a garden, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Two sunbeds free of charge are stored in the garden.

The apartment is just a 1 minute (20 to 100 m) walk from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Playa de la Butibamba beach is just a 1 minute (120 m) walk from the apartment. Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 30 minute (36.2 km) drive from the apartment.

Free parking is available on the street. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. An elevator is available in the building. Pool is open all year.

Towels and bedlinen are included in the price.

Immaculate apartment with amazing views and in prime location for ease of access to beach, supermarket across the street and numerous restaurants to choose from. Lovely garden area and easy entrance into the large pool. Ideal for people with limited mobility. Loved it all.

AMAZING.......

Lovey clean apartment and modern with everything we needed.We were greeted on time and appreciated the little things like:shower gel, shampoo,toilet rolls, kitchen rolls so we didn't need to rush out and buy these things immediately.We were able to contact the owner with ease and replied were immediate.Thank you so much Will book again soon

Perfect Penthouse studio

Great apartment for 2 people, perfect beach location, fantastic sea view, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The views were amazing, the pool area was stunning and opened straight to the beach. We had a perfect say, would happily recommend and hopefully we will return again.

Pros: Super schönes sauberes Apartment mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Sehr gut Ausgestattet,es fehlte an nichts es war alles da was man so braucht. Sehr großes Zimmer mit einen gemütlichen Wintergarten.Hier konnte man bei einem Glas Wein herlich entspannen und die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Ganz ganz Nette Vermieter die alles ausführlich erklären und immer einen guten Tip parat haben .Die lage ist einfach optimal .Wir sind duch den Garten mit einem sehr großen Pool mit direktem Zugang zum Meer gegangen,(der natürlich dazu gehört)und sind gute 6 Kilometer am Strand nach Calahonda gewandert,mit einigen zwischen stops und einigen Erfrischungsgetränken ,dann wieder zurück. Es sind zahlreiche gute Restaurants und sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl)vorhanden. Auch die Busverbindungen sind einfach genial! Auch der Wochen Markt der 2x die Woche ist , ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen! Wir können dieses schöne Apartment sehr gerne weiter empfehlen,und kommen auf jeden Fall öfters wieder!!!! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Rateisack es war wirklich sehr schön!!! Bis bald!!!

Det er bare noen minutters kjøretur til mange av banene i Mijasområdet. Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med flott utsikt mot fjell og hav. Hvis du vil nyte solen, er det bare å ta med solsengene ned i hagen som tilhører blokken. Fra hagen er det port direkte ut til strandpromenaden som vi benyttet og gikk lange turer. Eierne var også veldig koselige og imøtekommende.

Pros: We are very familiar with this area and were delighted to find Adina's apartment in a fabulous location in La Cala. We found the description to be very accurate but it is all the little extra touches that have been added that make this penthouse an absolute gem. The refurbishment has been completed to a high standard making the most of the space and providing everything we needed for a very comfortable three week stay. We made the most of the excellent public transport system to visit other local resorts - check out the 'green card' system for transport, this saves looking for change to pay for your bus ticket and saves on fares. The 'Gold Card' for trains is also good for the over 60s. The costal boardwalk that runs right in front of the property means you can walk off any indulgencies from the plentiful local eateries. We had a wonderful stay :-)

The owners met us at the airport and explained everything to us which was very helpful. We have often stayed in La Cala and there are lots of restaurants and cafe"s. There are lots of nearby places to visit and the bus service is very good and very cheap. The owner's friend Elena took us to the airport at the end of the holiday which was really convenient. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it so much we are returning in September.

The owners were there and waiting for us on the scheduled day of our arrival. This made everything very easy and smooth for us. The studio was clean and contained all the amenities we needed for our stay (towels, blankets, hair dryer, dishes, glasses, etc).

Elisa, que es la encargada de darte las llaves y limpiar es encantadora. Hemos estado tres noches y nos hemos quedado con ganas de más. Al estudio no le falta de nada, está súper limpio y es precioso. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y dormirte con el sonido de las olas es un lujazo. La piscina es muy grande y con salida directa al paseo y la playa. La zona tiene muchos restaurantes y el paseo es muy agradable. Volveremos a repetir sin duda.

Einziger Minuspunkt im Januar: die Wohnung ist nach Nordosten (?) ausgerichtet, so dass wir morgens nur minimal Sonne abbekamen und dann den ganzen Tag nicht mehr. Dadurch war es im Apartment recht kühl; der Elektroheizkörper im Wohnraum hatte Mühe, daran etwas zu ändern. Die Heizung im Bad hingegen war vollkommen ausreichend.

Ce fut pour nous également le point de départ de visites (Ronda, Córdoba). Notre appartement était très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable. Cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse. Nos rapports furent excellents tout au long de la location (depuis la demande de renseignements jusqu'au jour du depart). À recommander vivement.

A perfect place for a couple, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. With shops, restaurants within walking distance. Definitely a place to return to.

Pros: We stayed at this property for the 1st - 8th May. Elena picked us up and showed us around and gave us lots of information on the surrounding area. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return again. It was very airy and light and we couldn't have asked for more. It was decorated and furnished to high expectations and very central with a back gate directly on to the beach. The swimming pool area was amazing with lots of room to move about. We would highly recommend this apartment.
