The Comfort apartment, on the first floor with canal view, has a wonderful fresco that decorates the ceiling of the main room with a classical representation. The bed curtains and the finely inlaid furniture complete the ethereal framework of this apartment, delicate and refined like a baroque dream. It is composed by living room with sleeping area, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchenette includes a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker and kitchenware. All apartments come with an LCD TV and the bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. Owners' production wine selection available with fee.

Palazzetto San Lio is owned by an old Venetian family and it is precisely its members who, for generations, are committed to keeping alive the traditional splendor of the palace and its Venetian style. The careful restoration of the building’s exterior in 2017 has given new life to the external facades, while maintaining the original architectural features.
Its enchanting scenery is appreciated precisely because it offers the visitor an environment rich in style but also attentive to daily needs: it is located in one of the most central areas of the city.
The current owners have chosen to preserve the original furnishings, but at the same time to pay attention to the envoronment through recycling and waste reduction efforts and the use of eco-friendly cleaning products.
