This charming rural accommodation in Alhaurín el Grande offers a cosy and spacious 200 m² space, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on a fenced plot with a removable pool, it has a private and peaceful outdoor area of around 120 m², ideal for relaxing under the pergola while children enjoy the pool or preparing delicious lunches on the barbecue.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall that leads to a complete kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer) to prepare everything from simple to elaborate meals. It also has a comfortable living room with a fireplace and television to gather and relax, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), both with air conditioning for your comfort. In addition, there is a full bathroom on this floor.

Climbing up a comfortable staircase, the upper floor offers a perfect relaxation space to read, chat or work with free wifi connection. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms with attic ceilings, which share a dressing room and a full bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds, providing a rural and cosy environment for a restorative rest.



The location of the accommodation is a great plus: just 2 km from supermarkets and local restaurants, 3 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and at a reasonable distance from multiple urban attractions and amenities such as golf courses, water parks, beaches and important cities like Málaga, Fuengirola and Marbella. It is also well connected with Málaga airport (25 km) and nearby train and metro stations (30 km), facilitating access.



You will enjoy a garden with furniture, a 12 m² terrace, outdoor parking and mosquito nets on all windows for greater comfort. The accommodation has heat pump heating and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year.
