Fabulous condo in great location!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great layout and spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent. Other residents were very friendly and offered suggestions for touring the area and recreational activities. (Hiking, golfing, etc.). We were surprised there was no recycling in the complex. Overall, this condo is highly recommended.

Great stay and excellent communication

Check in was easy, communication was excellent as were the instructions for how to access everything. Pool was nice and hot tub. Unit was clean and well-laid out. Overall excellent stay.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Dan and Patsy’s place was ideal for our month in Phoenix. Many essentials were already in the condo. There were plenty of towels, kitchen items and cleaning supplies. It was an easy drive to restaurants and stores. The exercise room and pool area were only steps away from our front door! We appreciated having such a comfortable place to stay!

The Condo is old and could use updating. The sinks have coffee stains that will never come out, and the counter has cut marks from someone not using a cutting board. In the bathroom, the sink and the tub has many chips in it. I'd fire your cleaning crew. I had to clean the floors, the counters, and the dishes before we could use them. The parking area is so narrow, that getting in and out of your car is very difficult. If you had anything in the back seat there was no way to get at it while parked.

Awesome stay

Second time staying there and it's a very comfortable place to stay. Only complaint would be when you have to travel downtown the traffic is horrible. Planning on staying again.

Great property

The 1 bedroom condo was huge and well stocked. The location within the complex was great. Only a few steps to the pool and workout facility. The AC made the unit nice and cool in the 100+ degree temperatures that persisted while we were there. The location in Avondale is close to everything that you’d want to do in the Phoenix area.

Conveniently located

Location was great everything you could need is right there . The 101 one of the main interstates in Phoenix less than 1 away .

Holiday stay in Arizona

The condo unit was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location served as our base location and enabled us to be able to explore the area. The owners provided us with their contact information and and made themselves available to us, answering any questions we had. If we are travelling to the Phoenix area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Hosts!

Over the years my wife and I have stayed at a number of VRBO's. Over and Over again I always tell her the hosts play a huge part in our overall experience. The owners of this property are Patsy and Dan. They are certainly two of the best hosts we have dealt with. They are quick to answer any and all communication. They made our stay as comfortable as could be. This unit is just steps from a beautiful pool area (which by the way contains a large heated pool) Covered Parking. Minutes from the Westgate Entertainment area and other retail and grocery outlets. The complex is gated so we always felt secure and safe. The other guests and owners were all very pleasant. You can count on making new friends at the Desert Breeze Condos!

Hello! Are names are Dan & Patsy. We are from a small northern city where the winters are cold, and have been enjoying coming to Arizona for over the last 15 years or more. We just love the area, the people, and there is always so much to do and see. We always leave Arizona wishing we could stay just a little bit longer as it's warm and sunny, and just feels like our second home. We could go on and on about how much we love the place, but instead we invite you to come and experience it for yourself.

We chose to buy in this area as it's close to the things we enjoy. The condo is only a 5 min drive from the Cardinal's NFL football stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District. In this area there are many hotels, bars and restaurants to choose from. There is an Event Arena that hosts many high-end events and concerts. There is an AMC movie theater, a Comedy club and even an Escape Room. You will also find unique shops and family entertainment. And if that isn't enough, right across the street is the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall. If you enjoy Spring Training Baseball, the Dodger's & Whitesox's stadium is very close, and if you enjoy hiking there are many choices of beautiful trails located a short drive away.

We enjoy this condo for a few reasons. It's just a hop, skip & jump away from the pool area, fitness room (in Clubhouse) and BBQ grill. The condo is comfortable, with some updates. It is conveniently located close to the main entrance, making it quick & easy to enter and leave. We even love walking next door to Sonic to grab either an awesome shake or sundae for a treat or go for a Starbucks just a short walk down the street!
