This apartment was not charming. Was badly in need of a renovation. Our stay for 70 days. The only shelf in the fridge fell down when a light item was placed on it. The lower level was cold when in January. Needs a heater or electric fireplace. Door on lower level to patio the hinge fell off. The hinge as the type used for kitchen cabinets with drywall screws into rotten wood. My husband got a drill and longer screws from a neighbour and managed to reattach the door. The carpet going down the stairs was filthy and needed to be replaced. The vacuum didn't work, there was no dustpan for the broom. We bought a dustpan & left it there. There was not enough cutlery for a long stay, no steak knives. We bought some & left them there. The floors upstairs were warped, the paint job and filling holes and baseboards terrible. The kitchen cabinet was held to the wall with duct tape. 3 sliding doors into the bathroom needed work, one wouldn't close at all.The worst was when the AC didn't work. We noticed this on a few warm days and notified the manager but nothing was done. We don't use AC much so managed but when there was an unusually hot spell in March we reached out again. A few days later the handyman came by to replace a duct filter, We told him about the AC and a few days later the HVAC person came. It worked for 2 days, quit again. I told the manager and no one came to check for a week. It was 90F inside. We washed the celling fans & one as an inch thick with grime. No more room
