Loved the space! Was perfect for my family of 5 plus mother and father. Spent Thanksgiving extra-long weekend together and it was perfect. very clean house and had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the location, view of the lake and common yard area was perfect for our small dog. Loved the deck and space outside for everyone. Would definitely go back!

We had the best week! Property was very well appointed with everything that we needed along with things our dog needed. Perfect location! Spent a lot of time walking, riding bikes and being on the beach!

Spacious Villa

We had a family vacation with 5 adults and two small children. It was a great villa space wise and beautiful view with plenty of yard to play in. Pool was close and easy drive to beach! Large kitchen to cook in!

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head!

This property is such a gem! The location can’t be beat, the home itself is deceptively spacious with a lovely canal view, and if you’re traveling with dogs it is absolutely ideal. The owners thoughtfully provide everything a pup could need—bowls, beds, and more. Everything in this home is clearly labeled for ease of use, and the owners provide all the information you could need go ensure a comfortable stay. We would gladly visit again, my daughter didn’t want to leave!

Perfect location for family stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, spacious, well-equipped. We don’t usually travel with our dog, so it was a gift to find such a lovely pet-friendly spot. Very easy access to the beach.

Comfortable Place in a Beautiful Area

This was a very nice place for my husband and I to stay for a week with close friends and our two dogs. Very clean and very comfortable, and easy check in process. Wonderful experience renting this condo, and we loved the Hilton Head area and look forward to coming back.

Great Villa!

Our stay at Todd and Jackie’s villa could not have been more enjoyable. The villa is spacious , nicely updated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We are so happy to have been able to purchase this piece of heaven in Palmetto Dunes. We have been coming to HHI for over 25 years with our children and extended family. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy this perfect location in Queens Grant. We know how important "fur" babies are! Give us a try and we promise we will do all we can to make this vacation villa your home away from home, just like it will be for us!

We think HHI has the best beaches and golf! We have always loved the Palmetto Dunes area and the tranquility it has brought us. Biking to the beach and the general store will become a family favorite.
The layout of the Queens Grant Villas have appealed to us the most as we have stayed in many of the areas in Palmetto Dunes. Bright and very peaceful.
