Our villa boasts one of the best and central locations. You are just across the Evian Pond, swimming pool and tennis courts on one side, and lagoon and Brigantine golf course 9th hole on the other (watch golfers just feet away).

AIRPORTS: Hilton Head Island Airport - HHH (8 miles), Savannah Int'l - SAV (46 miles)

👩‍⚖️ The walk or car/bike ride to the beach is very enjoyable and refreshing on shaded bike/walk path along a lagoon and a golf course. It is all within the gated complex. Can comfortably do a couple daily beach visits.

Everything was in good condition. Access to the beach is excellent, through either a short drive, bike or walk. The entire island is set up with walkability in mind.

Amazing trip

Great place and location

Had a wonderful time. Appreciated the bikes to ride. House was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. We swam in the pool, played tennis, and rode to the beach on the bikes the owners provided. They also had backpack beach chairs! Nice quiet neighborhood and the neighbors we did meet were very friendly.

Shipyard Villa near Coligny Plaza

Our family enjoyed the stay in Shipyard. The Villa was located near most anything you would want to do or want to visit. The bikes were a welcome amenity for this property. Also, the pool and tennis courts were located just across the way, both of which we were able to enjoy. Our host Rob was very responsive with all communication. We were happy with our decision to stay at this location!

Another excellent stay in Evian!

We stayed in the same condo a few years ago, and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back for two weeks. We had a wonderful visit, and the weather was perfect! The new owners have done a great job maintaining this place; quiet location in Evian, the patio was perfect for deer watching, and the bikes were a nice touch! My parents are owners of the condo next door (296), so my daughter's loved being next door to their grandparents! We'll be back again soon!

Quiet and Comfortable - Great Hilton Head Location

Property was accurately described in the listing and had all the amenities we were looking for. Check in was super easy and straight forward. Communication with our hosts was outstanding. They provided excellent tips on local restaurants and venues which were all excellent! We loved the location at Evian and the fact the villa had a great view of the golf course and lagoon. This was especially enjoyable in the early morning or evenings while having coffee or a glass of wine. Really enjoyed the walking and biking trails and the super close proximity to the beach and downtown. We also utilized the pool on a few days to mix things up and found the pool to always be clean and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this host and property.

Great place to stay in HHI!!!

Excellent shape townhome, ideal for family of 4 to 6. The pics listed are exactly what it looks like, relaxing green view of golf course and pond from master bedroom and outdoor space. Compared to similar units in the neighborhood, it was a plus this home had a top table and 4 barstools in covered patio and a nice seating area on grass, nicely lit up at night. Home is well equipped. Definitely pluses for us were the reliable wifi, nicely working AC, comfy washer/drier in upper floor, well equipped kitchen, having Netflix through Roku in each of TVs. Now, outside. Their location is great right across de pool and tennis courts. Shipyard itself is in middle island so close to go anywhere any way. Beach access can be very crowded on weekends, good to have option to pay for umbrellas and chairs at beach if needed. However this home comes with 4 bikes! And beach chairs, umbrella. Only 2 beach towels so bring extras! Overall a great rental in HHI!!

Mother and daughter vacation

Recently stayed here for 2 weeks with my daughter. Wonderful stay. No problems or issues. Owners were awesome to work with. Pool was conveniently located right across street, great for going home for lunch. Would definitely stay again.

Shipyard Plantation boasts the most convenient and desirable location on the island -- peaceful yet close to all action. Evian is the most pleasurable within Shipyard with amazing subtropical landscaping and peaceful vistas. Our Evian unit is centrally located within Evian, across from Evian Pond, the pool and tennis + pickle ball courts and offers great patio access to the lagoon and the golf course. Boasts one of the best views down the lagoon.
