This street was born as a boulevard in the central Salamanca district, its enclave, near Castellana and the famous Instituto de Empresa, has a wide range of trendy restaurants in the capital for those who wish to enjoy the most gourmet Madrid, from Calle Alcalá, nearby is Parque del Retiro, a public park and historic garden in the heart of the city.
The Velázquez apartment is the best option for a couple or a person who is passing through Madrid for work or to visit the city, who seeks to adapt to the Madrid lifestyle while being in an area of activity and surrounded by local people. Transport connections are numerous in the area, so guests can quickly reach any point in the city.
