Alonso Martinez is one of the most well-known and popular areas of the capital, due to the quality and design of its buildings and the variety of its numerous shops and other establishments, which make life easy and comfortable. You can find practically anything you need for daily life on your doorstep. The metro station ´Alonso Martinez´ is located a few meters away, as well as many bus lines that connect with all main areas of the city. Also, the plaza de Alonso Martinez is a great link between the different areas of Madrid, such as Chueca and Chamberí, where you can find a mixture of charming bars, restaurants and shops spread among all of its streets.  

Carefully decorated in a minimalist style in gray and brown tones, this small apartment of 55 square meters  and with a minimum stay of 3 days is perfect for two people. Its practical, comfortable and sensible distribution consists of a living room, American kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The living room has a gray sofa, accompanied by a beautiful glass and wooden table, armchair and dining table for four people. Neutral colors add quality and warmth to the room. And a large television will complete the stay.  
The bedroom comes with a double bed. Using various colors and mixed prints, we have created a comfortable, appealing feel. The gray, earthy and camel colors are on trend. While the former creates a feeling of sophistication and elegance, the latter makes the apartment more natural and delicate.

Between 11am -13pm: 20€
We kindly inform you that the arrivals after 20:00 pm have an additional cost of 30€ and after 22:00 pm of 50€, and after 00.00 am this is 70 €.

During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.


On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)
Neither the management company nor the owner of the apartment will be held responsible for these events.

Animals without written permission, parties and Loud music are strictly forbidden and could result in immediate eviction from the property.
