Cibeles 904. Modern Studio with Sea Views in Marbella centre.
Great studio apartment in the 9th floor of the frontline Cibeles Building, recently renovated in the centre of Marbella. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to the Paseo Marítimo (maritime promenade) from the communal gardens and pools.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; large lounge / bedroom with folding double bed ( french system) with new mattress, upgraded, separate sofa, Smart TV 55" Ultra HD 4K, built-in wardrobe, and access to the furnished south-facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea; fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need for your home comforts; separate full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.
🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
🚗 The property has NO PARKING included. There are 2 public parkings in the area that you are welcome to book on line, called Parking Arias Maldonado and Parking El Molino (external company). Once you book the apartment, you will receive the parking link written in the automated message.

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by.
The enchanting Casco Antiguo (Old Town) echoes traditional Andalucía and its rich history; built within the still-standing walls of its Moorish castle, it preserves an undeniable cultural and historic heritage in the face of modern tourism. Its street plan bears the irregular layout characteristic of the Arabic era, although some of its narrow streets lead to plazas designed and built after the Christian Conquest. The Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), an example of the urban reorganisation carried by the conquerors, hosts the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall), built in the sixteenth century and enlarged in the eighteenth. A stone's throw away stands La Encarnación Church, a stunning temple whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. The Old Town is a tranquil refuge with a unique atmosphere of blended cosmopolitanism and tradition.
