The apartment features spacious areas with soft, harmonious tones. The suite is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It includes a wardrobe, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and access to a balcony with an incredible view over the Atlantic Ocean.

The living room offers a comfortable seating area with a sofa, cable TV, and a dining area. From here, you can access both the bedroom and the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation throughout your stay. There is also a guest WC available.

Outside, the balcony boasts a stunning sea view and two inviting sitting areas—perfect for enjoying a coffee, reading, listening to music, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine and a cheese board.

Guests have access to three swimming pools, a gym, a snooker table, and gardens within the building.

AREA
Located on Estrada Monumental in the luxury Madeira Palace Residences condominium, near the centre of Funchal. The area is quiet, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa and the Promenade connecting Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. Nearby are Fórum Madeira shopping centre, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies, and other services. The city centre offers various tourist attractions and activities.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, the address is easily found using any navigation app.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and strive to respond promptly. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay), will be charged for all guests staying in Funchal. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
