A nice suite apartment for a relaxing stay in this wonderful area of Barcelona, Gracia.



Your flat is elegantly decorated with a beamed ceiling and exposed brick wall, typical of old Barcelona apartments.







The kitchen is next to the dining room.

The bedroom can be accessed from the lounge.

Although it is located on the 5th floor, it has nice views and very quite! The apartment is publish with no lift, also there is one we do not recommend to use it, be careful not to place anything against the walls of the elevator otherwise it will block for safety reasons.



You are just steps from Travesera de Gracia, a major street in the Gracia neighborhood and have a wide range of shops and small bars. Less than 10 minutes from the famous Paseo de Gracia where you can visit La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. In the vicinity of the property is the Plaza de la Vila de Gracia with its imposing clock tower, also known as the Campanar de Gracia.







-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).





-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.







Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.

The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.



Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
