Description of the apartment -
· Beautiful and bright 2 bedroom apartment on the top (6th) floor of an 100-year-old modernist building, renovated outside and inside. The apartment still has the original ceilings with artistic moldings, mosaic floors (a different design in every room), and original woodwork on the doors and windows. There is an elevator, air conditioning (one air conditioning machine in each bedroom and one in the living room, total 3 machines), heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertop, pots & pans, dishes, etc. One full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The living room has a dining table and chairs, a sofa.

The building's roof terrace is just upstairs from the apartment, with tables and chairs, plenty of sunshine, and views to Sagrada Familia. Please note it is a shared terrace.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Combination washing machine and dryer in the kitchen.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping. Plenty of restaurants and small grocers in the area.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 4.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 15:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Very good location for the main sites to see. Easy walking distance to main shops. Lots of near by places to eat. There is only very basic cooking supplies. The noise level was to much for me making it difficult to sleep much.

The apartment couldn’t have been in a better location. Walking distance to some major sights and restaurants. You really felt immersed in the culture of Barcelona in this location. The building was nice and quiet and the kitchen was adequate enough for simple food prep. The manager was accommodating to any of our needs and was quick to answer any questions.

Really nice apartment close to Metro to get about Barca,some really good restaurants and bars very close by and by the metro a really decent supermercato.Not far from Las Rambla or the shops too.Lilianna was an absolute star for the help and guidance nothing was too much trouble.

OMG! This apartment is absolutely PERFECT! It is located in a beautiful, well maintained building that is over 100 years old in a lovely, very safe and walkable neighborhood. The streets are lined with trees and there are a variety of shops and eateries all around. The host was is very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. She provided clear and concise instructions for accessing the building, apartment and rooftop terrace. Inside the apartment we found written instructions for WiFi access as well as check out instructions. The only thing missing was instructions for using the washer/dryer. But, we uploaded a photo of the control panel to ChatGPT and had the info we’re needed in just a few seconds.The apartment and building were very clean. The apartment was well appointed. The kitchen is tiny but very functional. My husband and I were traveling with 2 friends (not a couple) so the bedrooms with one double bed and two twin beds was ideal for the 4 of us or for a small family. The overall space is small, but definitely what I would expect in an older building. We loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet and just outside the hustle and bustle of Las Rambles and the Gothic Quarter. It is just a short walk away from some of the city’s well known attractions such as Segrada Familia and Parc Guell, and a little longer walk or short taxi ride to everything else. When we return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay here again if it is available.
