Waking up in the sunny parish of Canhas, with the sea stretching out to the horizon, is a perfect way to start the day in Madeira. Completely remodelled and recently decorated, the property features two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds, guaranteeing nights of absolute rest. The kitchen, equally renovated, is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals comfortably. In the laundry room, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, ensuring complete convenience during your stay.



The common areas stand out for their spaciousness and the abundant natural light that enters through the large windows distributed throughout the bedrooms and living room. The living and dining room, in an open-concept design, is welcoming and harmonious, with direct access to the inviting veranda, where you can contemplate the calm sea or enjoy moments of rest in the open air.



Just a few minutes away, Ponta do Sol beach enchants with its bay of calm and crystal-clear waters. In the surrounding area, you will find typical restaurants, welcoming cafés and small cultural activities, completing the experience of an authentic and relaxing stay.



The rural nature of the area provides easy access to emblematic levadas and trails on the island, such as the Old Levada of Canhas, the Mill Levada and the Levada Cape, ideal for exploring the surrounding nature. And even in the midst of the countryside, small services such as a mini market, petrol pump and various dining options are just a few minutes away, guaranteeing all the convenience.
