Apartment with very pleasant areas, renovated, has a comfortable and spacious living room with sea view.
The apartment is located in a quiet condominium a short distance from the city center.
Near the Funchal market, Mercado dos Lavradores and the ocean.
With a fully equipped kitchen and spacious rooms, this apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
This apartment provides a wonderful stay for your holidays or business trips.
Possibility of having breakfast at home daily and to your taste.
The apartment consists of:
- Spacious living room with TV, sofa and dining table for 6 people
- Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances
- 1 Suite with double bed and bathroom with bathtub
- 2 Bedrooms (blue and green) with 2 single beds each
- 1 Bathroom with shower
- Free Wifi
- Private garage with 1 parking space inside the building
