The West Somerset Railway offers historic steam train rides from the seashore. You may also visit Blenheim Gardens, which has won numerous prizes for its exquisite floral displays. Exmoor National Park, known for having the largest herd of red deer in England, is well worth a visit, as is the magnificent Norman Castle at Dunster, which is close.
