Exclusive 3-bedroom holiday home in Malaga located in the most presigious part of town close to Pedregalejo beach.



This 200-square-metre modern property is set up on 3 different floors. The interior is contemporary and welcoming, cloaked in calming neutral tones and clean lines mixing simplicity and sophistication.



On the ground level, you will find a vast, fully-equipped, kitchen with state-of-the-art brand name appliances, as well as a comfortable, bright and elegant living and dining room area with fire place, as well as a small bathroom.



The first floor features a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as two separate double bedrooms that can be either joined or closed off by a moveable wall.



Across the hall, you will find a full bathroom with shower as well as an outdoor laundry utility room with a small patio.



On the top floor, you will find the sun-drenched terrace with outdoor dining-room area, sunbeds, barbecue area, fridge as well as a TV. This is also where you will find the dip pool to cool off during warm afternoons or use the convenient exterior shower. From the rooftop, you will enjoy peaceful views of the Mediterranean and at a short-distance the delightful Baños del Carmen, a bewitching historic bathhouse where locals come to enjoy the sunsets while sipping a glass of sangria



There is a private parking garage in the property, free high-speed WiFi and air-conditioning/heating throughout the property. Please note that parking must be booked in advance.

Beautiful home, clean and spacious. Located near to supermarket and beach with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots of storage, nice terrace area. Only negative is that it’s situated on the corner of a busy main road so can be noisy at peak times. Needs some more chairs for outside table. Perfectly based to get into Malaga either by foot or Uber or any other part of the Costa Del Sol. We loved our stay.

Great stay in a really lovely apartment. It is located opposite a nice beach area with lots of fish restaurants and bars. It is a long walk or quick Uber into the city. The apartment is spotless and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outside terrace. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind

The house was wonderful with all one needed. So close to a good supermarket, to a bus stop and (if wanted) the beachfront. Far enough out of the city centre to relax and unwind, near enough to journey in a couple of times. The pool was the main attraction for us and, as the weather was exceptionally hot, a great blessing. The airport transfers you arranged for us went smoothly and we are grateful for the good service you provided. The pool water needed attention - green algae, encouraged by the hotter weather? - and couldn't be used on our last day. It was very noisy at night in the main bedroom so close to a busy main road, on a junction with traffic lights, and lots of noisy motorbikes! This could be mentioned on the website for this property. However, we did get enough .

Spain trip

This condo is perfect for a holiday in Spain. The condo itself is beautiful and clean with a fantastic rooftop patio. The location allows easy access to public transportation with the bus stop steps outside the condo and on direct bus lines into Malaga. The beach is a block away with great restaurants and beach life. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this condo!

This is a great location and a nice home. All of the rooms have a bathroom, which is very convenient, it is very tight so if you need a criba pack and play, it will most likely not fit. The house was very nice, but there is construction going on next-door which did affect us at some point during the morning.

Fantastic holiday with Solaga Holiday Homes. Location of our accommodation was perfect great restaurants and regular public transport taking you into the centre of Malaga. Excellent customer service with quick responses through the booking processes and the lead up to the holiday, on arrival and flexibility for our requirements.

Perfect Location

The whole place is really modern and very cool (air conditioning is great, individual controls in each bedroom too, bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's, also very comfortable beds). The pool is a plunge pool (too small to swim) but is perfect to cool down. The bus stop is directly outside which takes you straight into the town. Across the road approx. 130metres away is the beach. Teresa at Solaga Holiday homes met us at the property and showed us around and discussed the property, everything with regards to information is also noted in a folder at the property. We didnt have any problems with anything so did not need to contact them during our stay. I would definately not hesitate to book this property again when next in Malaga.

Excellent house for families and positioning for both Pedregalejo and Malaga

The house configuration and design standard was excellent for a family of 4, with plenty of space both inside and outside to have a relaxing holiday. With the positioning of the house being excellent for easy access to the beach and restaurants of Pedregalejo and a bus stop directly outside to also enjoy the sights of Malaga.

Lovely place

This home was exactly how it looks in the photos. It was a lovely place to relax in. It was also a great location for bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 50min walk into the centre of Malaga. Ubers were plentiful if you didn’t fancy the walk.

Great accommodation

We spent a total of one week in the house and were a total of 6 people + 1 small child and had enough space in the accommodation. The house is nicely and comfortably furnished and is located near Malaga. The bus station to Malaga is right in front of the house and a Carrefour supermarket is only about 100m away. The beach can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes. The pool on the roof terrace was ok in terms of size, and you can see the sea from the terrace. Unfortunately, the house only has a small parking lot (we had two rental cars). We had to park the other car on the street nearby. Otherwise great accommodation. We would book this house again at any time! The communication with the employees of Solaga was always friendly.

We had a great stay!

It is slightly noisy by the road but after first night we didn’t notice it at all and we all slept really well. It’s close to a great supermarket and great restaurants and beach and we went to a Freya Spanish school (Cervantes) down the road. There is a bus stop outside so easy access into centre and elsewhere. Swimming pool is small so can’t really swim in it but perfect to cool off in which was needed during our stay during a heatwave - air conditioning also great!!! Check in time is late, 6pm but we were able to access earlier.
